Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lakay Cuisine. In this section you will find information that will be helpful when booking services with us. Please read CAREFULLY.

• When booking for an event (more than 20 but less than 50) customer must give caterer a 30 day notice
• When booking for an event (more than 50 but less than 100) customer must give caterer a 60 day notice 
• When booking events smaller than 20 but greater than 10 customer must give caterer 21 day notice
• DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS
• Full catering services must be specified upon booking your event.
• Customer has 15 days before scheduled event to cancel. Partial deposit will be refunded
• Late cancelation will result in deposit becoming non refundable
• Full payment along with signed agreement must be received 1 week before event. Services WILL NOT be rendered without full payment.
